Delivery & Returns Policies

All Prices in Canadian Dollars.

Orders or consecutive orders containing more than 4 of a single item and orders below 5$ may be cancelled at our discretion.

Preorders: Preorders are guaranteed for the price paid at moment of purchase. Fluctuations in price may happen during the preorder period. Preorders must be paid at the time of preordering. Unpaid preorders will be void. If you wish to use the Pay in Store option for preorders, please come to the store to confirm your preorder. If you wish to cancel your preorder or part of it, a 20% fee will be applied on the part of the order that has been cancelled.


Shipping: All orders are shipped through Canada Post and based on weight and volume to approximate actual shipping costs.

• Products can be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase.
• Single cards can’t be returned unless you receive cards in a condition other than listed
• Sealed product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unopened. A 15% restocking fee may apply
  
• Products not returned in this condition may be partially refunded at our discretion
• Refunds will be applied using the same payment processor as for payment. Store credit may be applied if the payment processor does not allow refunds.
